I bought a 2014 infinite qx80 on February 24, 2024, at the time they was waiting on a part so they gave me loaner until my vehicle was serviced, so a week later I came back and and picked my vehicle up. Not even two days later I started having issues with the vehicle, I called the salesman and told him what was going on. He told me what do I expect when a car has 150000 miles on it and it is AS IS! I told Ron no one ever told me the car was AS is and I have no paperwork saying it was as it, I purchased a 3,000 dollar warranty with the vehicle. Today, on March 29th my check engine light came on, I'm not sure why, I have had this truck less than 45 days and all this is happening. I called Assurant which my warranty is under and filed a claim, she told me there is no way I should have these problems only having the vehicle less than 45 days, she told me to reach out to THE GM and let him know what is going on, I did email him but haven't got a response back. I feel that they sold me a lemon and there is lemon laws, my warranty also told me to tell them to provide me with all service that was done to the vehicle, I did get a text with all the service that was done to the vehicle. I'm waiting for the gm to respond back and forva repair shop to respond back to see if they will work with Assurant. They should be charged for selling vehicles that have not been serviced, it unfair and unfortunate. Resolution Sought I just want my vehicle repaired the right way with no check engine lights on, and fix everything I informed them about, they know what is going on but never have a response

I bought a 2012 Grand Caravan from them. I was told that if I took delivery of the vehicle they will call me when the new radio comes in for them to install it for me. I was told it could be awhile because of covid in the shipping crisis. I have tried to follow up with them to check on status and they either do not know what's going on or they're ignoring me. I bought the vehicle several months ago the situation should be resolved by now. Resolution Sought I would like to know what's going on with my factory stereo and what type of resolution that Crestmont Hyundai is willing to offer to fix this problem
