Crewbloom is an outsourcing company in the Philippines. We separated since February but they haven't paid us, contractors, with our final pay until now. They keep promising that they will pay us but never committed to their promises. They never communicate whenever we follow up. There are about 15 contractors affected by this. Resolution Sought I would like them to be banned from operating in the Philippines and pay us with what they owe us. We worked hard for that money.

To be very specific, the contractor is a Filipino national and we are taking legal steps to resolve this in the Philippines. That said, it is outside of your jurisdiction. We tried resolving this amicably with the contractor, however, she still submitted multiple complaints on multiple platforms which are borderline harassment. The complaint should be dismissed.

Updated 11/30/2022 Consumer emailed: I have already settled this complaint with Crewbloom. __________________________________________________________________________ This isn't true. They have violated the NYC FREELANCE ISN'T FREE ACT. We wouldn't be raising this complaint should they communicated clearly to us. There about 6 contractors that aren't paid yet. The complaints we sent to multiple entities are all valid with proofs sent. They have been receiving nearly $100k from the client but they never processes our final payments. This has been going on since February. If they have the intentions to pay us, they could have already processed it long time ago. It's close to a year now and they haven't paid any. Anyway, we already have an existing complaint filed to NYC DCWP and it is now being handled by their team. We'll surely seek for late fees.
