I placed an order for a cricut explore air 2, vinyl cutting machine for $96.00. The website claimed I would receive the item within 14 days of ordering. It also stated that I would receive an email with a tracking number when the order was shipped. The funds were taken from my bank account immediately after placing the order. I never received an email about it being shipped, nor have I received the item I ordered. The website states to contact customer service, they give an email address and also a physical address. I have sent numerous emails without a single response. The address is in New York and I live in Maine or I would attempt to contact the company in person. At this point, I'm just hoping to have my money refunded. Please help in any way you can. Thank you. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

Ordered item, never received. Website does not circle back to domain once you pay. Resolution Sought I didn't realize this was a fake cricut website until after my purchase. They are even using the cricut trademark. This site needs to be investigated and shut down.
