I am a new customer to this company. Bathroom remodel was financed . During the process no due date or what payment was going to be was given. So I paid by phone every month. I was reported to credit bureau for missing a payment . The company said I was 7 days late in November, but in that month the final borrowing point was complete and I was given the amount due and when due. On my credit report it shows all payments made then shows in another part missing a payment. I never received any notification of late . Resolution Sought To retract the missing payment notice to credit bureau.

Momnt partners with Cross River Bank ("Bank"), a New Jersey Chartered, FDIC insured bank, to offer point of sale financing through a variety of merchants. The Bank originates these loans as the lender of record in accordance with its credit criteria and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Momnt assists in processing credit applications and services the account on an ongoing basis on behalf of, and with direct oversight by, the Bank. Our records indicate that as of February 8, 2024, no negative reporting has been submitted by Momnt for Cross River Bank to any cerdit reporting agencies in reference to Mr. Schupbach's loan.
