Promise to close a refinance loan before the 20th of February 2022. stll no close date they don't call back when you call them . Will not give information on your account. Very bad communication with the lender. I was told by the person who started this in January that I didn't need to make my monthly payments that my home would be refinanced and I have an extra month before my next payment that has not yet to be seen. I believe that they are a fabulous company and a scam. If they didn't want my contract they should of said that to me .I've had plenty of other companies calling daily to refinance. Resolution Sought Pat my back mortgage payments and send my paperwork back to me and close the account that's not even happening. Remove all there credit checking from all credit bureaus. By apologize for any of my inconveniences.

1/18/2022

Agent assisting with Refinance on home told us not to make house payments November and then December. Only to come back and tell us to go ahead and make those payments due to later date for closing They denied our loan and made us late on two payments NEVER been late. This dropped husband's credit score by over 140 pts making impossible for us to refinance at all. Asking for my appraisal funds returned and a letter to be written to all three Credit Agencies indicating an error on their part therefore raising his credit back up. Resolution Sought Letter written to all three Credit Agencies indicating their error and refund of appraisal funds plus for hardship Cross-country caused. Wish Brandon Walsh would be terminated.
