I filed bankruptcy November 2021 . During the process prior to my discharge my lawyer filled about the form and send it to Crossroad equipment lease and finance regarding my decision to keep this loan and not include it on the bankruptcy process . On the day of the court ( over the phone) my lawyer and me along with the trustee ratify the decision and the legal representative of crossroad was on the phone too. . After several months after my discharge crossroad loaner send a bill for the amount of 1967.50$ added to my existing loan for other fees. I made several calls and emails with legal representative and he told me they were charges for legal fee for my bankruptcy process. I told him I was totally disagree with that charges because my lawyer did everything legally and they were notified verbally and in writing since the first moment .he said to me go get a lawyer to represent you and I don't have to discuss anything with you. I'm the one who has the loan with them and I've been paying on time during the last five years . They never had to send me any legal documents for payments behind in order to collect money or anything related to the bankruptcy process. He said too That he had to monitor my bankruptcy process wich no makes any sense . I hired a lawyer during my bankruptcy for legal paperwork and representation and I continued my payments if 1547 $ monthly on time in order to avoid any collections or any other issues Resolution Sought I just want to eliminate that charge out of my loan account and receive a letter regarding this matter from them
