Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

we decided not to do business with Five Lakes Law Group. An amount of 209.22was withdrawn from my account. After speaking with the company a refund of 162.82 was refunded. I was then informed that 48.40 was given to Crossroads for services we did not agree to. We contacted Crossroads and they insisted we pay them an additional $4.95 on a bank card to proceed. We got no results. Resolution Sought Give a refund of $48.40.
