After arranging to take a day off work to haul, my 2004 Mustang to the shop to get it repair due to an issue with the ECM. Anti-theft device. My appointment Was for March the fourth at 9 AM after driving from Warrenton Virginia to my house in Blackstone Virginia and hauling The vehicle to Colonial Heights to get it repaired. I arrived at 8:30 AM. To find out they forgot to write down my appointment. and then finding out the technician who takes care of the issue is on vacation. After losing a day's wages a day predium, and over 6 hours of drive time. To find out they could not work on my vehicle. It's kind a disappointing knowing this is the service that FORD MOTOR company OFFERS. Resolution Sought Would like to get the issues resolved with my car.
