Company Response

Company states; Mr. Kennedy purchased a 2012 Infinity Qz56 on June 30th, 2022. He had not complained about anything until a few months back after he put 11,000 miles on the vehicle. He called me and said, he had it at a tire shop and the shop told him they wouldn't try to put it on a lift because the frame was shot. I asked him to bring it by for us to look at it here, he had steel belts showing on his tire. The rear air bag system was not functioning, but the frame was fine. I put a brand-new tire on the rear of his vehicle and didn't charge him a penny for it. I told him he needed a new air shock for the rear of his vehicle, and if he would buy them, I would replace them at no labor charge. He didn't want to pay, so he asked if he could purchase another vehicle. I told him, he could, but I couldn't take the Infinity in on Trade. Now, he says; he thought he was trading it in. I have tried to help him, even though, I didn't have to. He left the Infinity here, and refuses to take it off my lot. Thank you, Owner, Crosstown Motors
