I am a freelancer from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. who worked on multiple projects through Crowdspring (Business Name: Crowdspring, LLC), based in Chicago, IL. Despite completing the work, receiving client approvals, and adhering to Crowdspring's terms, my payment requests have remained unpaid for over 240 days.Crowdspring's website and CEO, Ross Kimbarovsky, have both assured payments would be processed within 10 business days. However, this has not happened. Clients are actively using my work while I remain unpaid, which puts them at legal risk for using unpaid intellectual property. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue, including sending emails and a registered mail that was confirmed delivered on November 19, 2024, but there has been no response. This non-payment has caused severe financial strain, preventing me from renewing critical tools for work and impacting my livelihood. I am requesting the immediate release of my overdue payments. I have detailed documentation, including signed contracts, proof of completed work, communication history, and confirmation of registered mail delivery, which I am happy to provide upon request. Resolution Sought I would like Crowdspring to immediately release the full amount of $1,776.00, representing the overdue payments for completed and approved projects. Additionally, I request a formal acknowledgment from Crowdspring ensuring timely payment processing for all future work to prevent such issues from recurring.

I work on crowdsourcing, a platform where clients come to crowdsource creative designs, business names or taglines. How it works is that clients pay CrowdSpring a contest amount and a commission (to CrowdSpring for using their platform . Client then posts their project requirements which could be logo design, business name, Tagline etc. Creatives from around the world compete with each coming up with submissions. Note: Client already paid CrowdSpring the contest award upfront such that as they( the client) clchoose a winning entry, CrowdSpring is expected to release the fund to the winner. On the contract document and on CrowdSpring website,it is clearly stated that payment to winning creative takes at most 10 business days. Now, at the expiration of the contest duration, the client takes custody of the winning entry having entrusted CrowdSpring with the contest award to be giving to the winner. Did you know that for over 10 months and counting, CrowdSpring has withheld my funds with the excuse that they are experiencing a payment delay. 10 months! I have sent emails repeatedly to this company and they threatened to terminate my account if I continued asking for my funds meanwhile, clients are enjoying my creative work without knowing that 10 months after their project ended, I have not been paid.. This is what Ross Kimbarovsky and his team at CrowdSpring is doing to hard working creatives.
