This is essentially a logo contest company. I'm from the Philippines and I've won multiple contests before but not more than 300 USD. Previously, there are already issues with delayed payment, but they get resolved within a month or so. This time, I haven't received the 616 USD contest winnings and this was back in November of 2023. As you can imagine, I feel very helpless. I've wrote to their support multiple times and they keep responding with the same canned answer saying they basically don't know when I will receive the money and this is for almost 3 years now. I'm very desperate because that money will go a long way especially where I live. I also would like to report this company so that other designers like me can avoid this kind of business. I thank you in advance for any help you can provide. Resolution Sought I would like to receive the money that is rightfully mine.
