Very disappointed with the service there at that dealership. I purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid last year 2020. No one showed us the details of the Hybrid even after we asked a service member for someone to help us. We've brought the car in twice because I noticed an issue, but after waiting there for quite a while, they said there were no issues. Meanwhile the MPG's on the car are going down more than 10 MPG's since we purchased the car. They claimed the car was supposed to get close to 48 MPG's. I believe that is false advertising. I made that clear to them when we brought the car in yesterday. Resolution Sought I want answers as to why the MPG's are going down. Find someone who is a Hybrid expert.
