Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. About a year ago we had a water leak in our kitchen and it rotted the floor so we hired crown disaster. They were supposed to take up all the rotted wood up and replace it. They didn't they only did a portion of it and the work they have done is crap my floors are coming up buckling and everything else. So in this process they removed all are cabientsr well when they went back in .Mr. Smiths men did a poor job of that to . i just want Mr. smith to give me. X amount dollars so i can hire another company besides Crown. I also talked to s owner of another company and he agreed with me. THERE'S NO WAY A POWER CHAIR DID THIS DAMAGE. Crown did this to our house . my house has depreciated. $ 20,000 due to crown. Disasters work please help me they don' have no right to come in to my home and destroy it. He blames my dad and his power chair. My dad is dead now but he was bed bound he could barley move. Due to cancer. I don't know about you but it makes me SICK to even think about how Mr Smith and his company took advantage of a dying man. So...my next step is to get a lawyer. Please help me thank you so much Resolution Sought I want another contractor to fix my house right and i want Shannon Smith to pay for that work to be done
