Bathroom remodel. Seat was put in to large had to be ripped out and redone! Job was estimated 4 weeks. It actually took 7 weeks! Cost of 35000 dollars!!! Resolution Sought Reevaluate the total cost!

Their constant calls through the call center they use are tiresome and often multiple times in a day. They ALWAYS say they spoke with me last year and that I said to call back to see if there was anything I needed done to the house. I see no need to deal with a company that starts out with a LIE when attempting to do business with you. I am not even a customer and they have still made me need to file a complaint about their job. Resolution Sought An official apology, not utilize unsolicited cold calls, respect the do not call registry, and a single two dollar bill for wasting my time.

We have already spoken with this person multiple times. We have never done any work with Mr. Campbell. The CEO of the company has personally spoken with him. However, the phone numbers he has given us have never matched any records within our database. We believe that this person has confused us with another home improvement company. Despite this, he has repeatedly called us over the last month, each time giving a different phone number to block, none of which we have ever called, and has begun threatening employees. We have already spoken with Mr. Campbell multiple times and we have placed all the phone numbers given to us on our do not call list.

Your cold callers literally named your company as the ones they were calling on behalf of. Had you listened, I said I was sick of the calls being sent to the party I am acting on behalf of. Stop your practice of using cold callers that call often, sometimes multiple times per day. Placing the numbers given to you by customers that were sick of your behavior and less complaints of this nature will be made. Your diversions don’t change the fact your company using cold callers utilizing predator tactics is a objectively horrible thing to do.
