Cruises Only started my reservations were canceled due to non payment. Calls from me to Cruises Only were being made constantly in order to make much needed corrections to my reservations before making final payment. The calls were made from me because I didn't want to be binded to incorrect arrangements and risk losing out on money later. The number of people to each room was all wrong. Though I made numerous calls (have dates, times and names of each call) I could not get anyone to help. Calls were made by me almost every other day. 2 agents assured me a manager named Jerry was going to call me (which he didn't) and then I was told a manager named Mario was going to call me (he didn't.) My agent Michael Boone was apologetic, however was of no help. Tonight I finally got a supervisor (not a manager) named Tammy at ext 35414 and she was extremely rude and condescending to me. Ultimately I found, I'm out $1338 with the "only" other option being to have my reservation reinstated at a much higher rate. These reservations were initially started June 16th and for the last month it has been such a horrible experience to try and get a live person to speak to with knowledge of how to fix my reservations (2 rooms.) I'm out of my hard earned money and my reservations. Resolution Sought Reimburse me my money or honor the original rate I was quoted being that they dropped the ball regarding my reservations.
