Drew money from my account . Told them twice not going to continue with private trainer. Still have 3 sessions Had to stop had surgery right hip replacement. Resolution Sought Want my money back and put on record they are rude and not nice to deal with.

I did tell Shane I was unable to continue twice. Missed 2 appts. my hip was so bad and I told my personnel trainer I could not continue. My personsal training of 8 sessions was not even completed. They should not take money when original sessions were not completed.I am not the only person to have trouble with the Crunch. Unfair to take something ahead of finishing. It is a racket and that $360.00 I need for my hospital bill. I will contact the Attorney Generals Office with this matter. They took the money in October.
