My friend had a bring a friend pass so I could go with her one day. This guy told me because I'm not 18 I couldn't do it. He proceeded to tell us I could do the 1 dollar trial for the month so we did. The trial did not cancel! It was on her card and it charged her around $20. We went back to cancel and the SAME guy told me his name was on it but he never talked to us because he wouldn't have told us it was a trial. He was infact the one we talked to. He told us we couldn't cancel it and to come back the 17th which is the day before. Four days later BEFORE the 17th it charged her $50 and it's actually ridiculous. We're going today AGAIN. I'm beyond pissed and feel like we're being taken advantage of because we're teen girls. Preposterous. Resolution Sought I want her to be refunded at least for the 50 but we never agreed to either payment. Someone needs to do something about him too because he was also a little rude

I canceled my training sessions, contract back in May for work related reasons, and because they used to draft out of my account when payment was due they had my debit card number so unfortunately December 5 $736 was debited from my account. I called right away and I was told sorry that was a mistake, we will take care of it, but then never did and now no one will take my calls and ignores me about refund Lakewood Ranch Branch Resolution Sought For starters, I would like my $736 back, and I do believe they should be responsible for the overdraft fees that they have caused me due to their "MISTAKE"
