I was walking to my next class when people from crunch fitness were looking for new member for their gym. I decided to join after 30 min of constant pressure of join. Which I stated I will only join for two months. When I got home I look for the gym and to cancel I need to go in person. So I tried to change my home gym to closer gym. I went in persons and they said it okay and I do not to change my home gym I was alright but what if I want to cancel the gym is to far from home. The manger gave me his phone number to message him or give him a call to cancel. After two months I kept get fees. I gmail, called and message. The same day I got a fee of 60 something dollar. I was think my membership was cancelled but a week later I get charge again were I call me bank to cancel because I was get no help from management in they gym. The bank cancel the fee but the next month I get hit with another charge plus a 60 dollar late fee I called and they stated I did not call and message of cancel my membership so I stated I want to cancel this moment they tried to pressure me to not and force me to email the manger to cancel the membership while he was the manager. I ask about the payment and they stated they can do not about them and told me to end the call. Resolution Sought Give a refund and stop, find way to prevent people from canceling there membership and if your are truly trying be a gym for the people make a feature on your app to cancel or put a hold on your membership.

I went to the gym to get just the monthly membership. Then we get stuck with all the other amenities…as I was talking to a personal trainer about getting into a weekly training, he made my mind to the a personal trainer for 8 weeks which gives me $45 per training a total of $360. Still a very high price for my budge, but I thought I could do it. As I check my credit card this month. There was another charge of $90, which makes it $450. I have completed 6 classes and now I do not really want to go back and exercise anymore. Which it was a place to go and get the work out done and feel good… now I am stressed because it put me in a financial situation that I was not hoping for. Resolution Sought I want the reimburse of what they over charge me and the classes I won't be able to complete.
