They have been charging my debit card over and over for that same amount for a year I've sent them emails and all they say is we're sorry to hear that by email then ask me to resend all my credit card information when they already have that information I told I was going to contact bbb I guess they think playing around .so please can yall investigate this company they got no contact numbers either how do you run a business with no contact number? Resolution Sought For them to refund my money and quit charging my card

I was charged in error $112.68 on 11/4/23. It is now 12/1/23 and I have contacted the company multiple times via email, as they do not have phone customer service. I have not received any follow up about the charge. They have a chat agent on their website, who are unable to assist with billing errors and have supposedly escalated the case (three different agents have said this) but I have yet to receive any other response about the case. I have confirmation that they have escalated the case, but no follow up. Resolution Sought I need a full refund of the $112.68.
