I've purchased 3 different cards from crunchy in a store and each time I had trouble redeeming the card. The last card they refused to help with to redeem the card for me saying that needed a receipt. But they give you an option to not have a receipt. They basically took my money and refuse to help any further with the issues. I asked multiple times to direct me to right place to file a complaint and they refused to give me that information. Resolution Sought They can see that a card has been purchased but without the receipt they refuse to help you at all!!!
