We contracted with Chrystal Pools of Vero beach at our new home construction located at 789 Rolling Hill Dr. Sebastian FL. In 2021 and within several months and well within the warranty period the salt water chlorination system failed to produce chlorine. We attempted to resolve the matter with the service manager and the system manufacturer rep. after numerous attempts to resolve this issue with no success and no replacement of the nonfunctional system the company stopped making any attempts to fix the problem that was clearly a warranty repair. Resolution Sought Honor the warranty and repair or replace the system with one that functions.
