Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

So, I live in low income housing at Diversey Square Apts in Chicago, IL 60647, we have machines that we use to load up laundry cards two separate times the machine took $20 on one card# 0199171 and $25 on card #0190688 I am on disability on a fixed income, I've been calling since December of 2022, I've sent 5 emails I've called at least 6 times and I called today and was told they are only refunding me $20 and not my $45 I know this may not be major for some but they are a multi million dollar company and they are ripping off seniors and people with disabilities, I was hoping to get it resolved through their customer service I even requested to speak with a manager and to no avail, he said we can offer you $20 like if they are doing me a favor, I reiterated that it's $45 not $20 but to no avail they refused, when the machine took my money I let the property manager know but they are not affiliated so she instructed me to call in, which I did and still nothing, Resolution Sought I would like to receive what is rightfully mine which is my $45 that's all I'm asking

CSC Laundry has laundromat in basement of residence on 7/15/24 I was loading my laundry card and green light came on for the cash and the money was 'not there on laundry card. I file complaint &have not received my $20.00 refund. Resolution Sought I want my $20.00.
