CSI Management complaints

My complaint I am a senior citizen 63 years old disabled I moved to Trenton Towers on November 1st 2020 the representative from CSI management company from Warren Michigan his name is Mark Smith he told me he had adequate handicap parking and everything was in top tip shape been here for one year the elevators have been broken down one or two at a time been stranded upstairs getting up here had to sleep in my car had to wait to get parking and it's not even handicapped parking the man lied to me just to get me to rent the apartment here this is HUD subsidized barely run building I have had people steal from me twice a great amount of money was stolen out by the mailbox iPhone in a bunch of other equipment made three police reports first week here I was attacked on the parking lot by a drunken old woman on a walker she took the legs of the water and put you through my window all the car and hit me in the face made a police report for a salt never did find out who that is do not trust this management company they will lie to you and scam and hustle he violated my reasonable accommodation for handicapped people you never made any effort to do anything they refused me I moved to code out of the second floor finally AP Lit at took a half a year which is unacceptable underneath that act of 504 of the disability code of the federal government law still don't have a downstairs-apartment so I have to wait up to a couple hours Resolution Sought My desire is to to be transferred to another c s i senior citizen apartment complex which has adequate parking and has first and second floor Apartments where I could come and leave as I want to without all this trouble hassle unfortunately we got a lot of people here who have drug problems alcohol problems mental problems and a lot of physical like me this place is not a happy place to live and I wish to be moved and they can't find reasonable accommodations for a disabled
