Employee was rude.

On 05/14/2020 I visited the CSL Plasma located on S. Edgewood and Madison Ave. Around 2:30 p:m. Since the virus outbreak the staff has only been allowing one client in the breezeway at a time to be scanned for symptoms of the virus. However there was no one in line and the only staff I could see was 1 black male who looked at me several times but obviously ignored me until I knocked on the glass A few times after doing this he reluctantly came to the door unlocked it and asked if he could help me. I then stated that I was there to donate and his reaction to this was a bit of a sigh and a slight rolling of his eyes as he pulled out the paperwork to ask the mandated questions in regards to the covid-19 outbreak. He did this very unprofessionally asking the questions extremely fast in order to just get through them making them absolutely inaudible. I knew then there any interaction I was going to have with him during my donation process was not going to be good as he was obviously not happy to see me and I'm suspecting this is due to race as I've had some slight issues with him in the past which seemed to have been race motivated and a prejudice on his part. I believe that it is very dangerous the he did not make clear the questions about the covid-19 outbreak since he just ran through the questions carelessly. After telling him I could not hear him he said "just say okay". Which I reluctantly did. After being screened at the kiosk he called me to his Booth. After having a seat, and as I began to take off my jacket he informed me he was logged out of the system & referred me to the next worker who was new in accidentally tagged me in the computer as being deferred and I had to wait 2 hours for that to clear in order to go through the process again & again, becoming in contact with him for him to be extremely rude & even made a comment about my sexual orientation assuming I was homosexual. I should not have to put up with this type of prejudice, when this man was not unprofessionally joking around with the white women clients he was hatefully attempting to humiliate me in any way possible even inquiring as to my sexual orientation. This man needs to be fired and the company more than likely needs to be sued. I actually recorded him doing this to me so he needs to be fired and possibly sued.
