I'm a donor at csl plasma, experience mistreatment and bullying by coworkers. Malfunction machine that was causing harm to my body and corruption of a donor experience, false nurse neglecting complaints. Being defer for not appropriate and effectively evaluating malfunctioning machines. I lost blood and fainted, the coworkers are unprofessional and purposely harming donors who are trying to help ppl in the world. Resolution Sought Be evaluated of staff, appropriate training and conduct of professionalism. Properly handling malfunctioned machines.

Company states: Donor payment was completed he received $60. Here's the information that was provided to the management team. Donor Anthony verbally threatened staff as they were trying to fix an alarm on the machine. He verbally stated, "Who do I need to slap around here to fix this machine." Staff was polite to donor when trying to explain to him that this can happen from time to time on the machine. Donor proceeded to rip off his mask and continued to be aggressive towards staff. Anthony completed his donation with no blood being lost or fainted in the center, nor has he contacted center stating that he fainted. Donor Anthony has the opportunity to speak with a member of management to help resolve his concerns.
