The company is using fake botox and fillers I wint there to get fillers and botox but it did nothing to my face I look the same I called the lady and she was trying to steal some more of my money she knew this product did not work she is defrauding alot of people this company is a scam using fake botox and fillers there not fda approved someone need to investigate this Resolution Sought Give me my money back cause the product is fake and don't work

I apologize that you did not receive your desired results. I did explain during our initial consultation that it would take more than one session, with additional fillers for you to receive your desired outcome. I also explained this during our phone conversation. You were advised at that time, to come to your follow up appointment for us to review your current results and make a plan moving forward. If you were unhappy at that time, I attempt to make things right at that time. You unfortunately did not show up for your follow up appointment, therefore I was unable to evaluate your initial results from your first appointment. I can assure you that I do not use fake toxin nor derma fillers at my office. I used RHA filler on you, as well as Jeuveau toxin, which are FDA approved products. If you would like, I am happy to provide you with the lot numbers for all products used. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Take care, CSM Aesthetics.
