Ok so first of all the collection/ wage garnishment is on a $426 old les Shab bill and cso got it and is charging me over double of what orgionally owed and or more than what I bought the rims for my car for. Second they claim that they sent mail to my house registered mail and that I was served on March 8th 2023 which is impossible as I was not even in town due to my daughters birthday on March 8th. Also they didn't even have my current address I had to give it to them after calling and seeing what my check was being garnished for. They never served me papers and only had my case for 4 or 5 months but occurred that much extra money? My credit report shows that I only owe the $426 also. I believe they have taken advantage of me and have no one to help me Resolution Sought I would like a chance to stop garnishment and possibly even get this dept erased and maybe even sue cso financial for taken advantage of me
