CTC has over charged us on our home loan, we purchased a home and Remax, CTC Financial, and ticor title did not verify title after we transferred money and notorized loan docs then we were told that house is actually in probate. CTC has been charging us interest while the loan extension when they were also required to check title, new loan docs show that CTC is charging us $3000. More for their mistake. Resolution Sought Correct amts owed.

I received the copy of the complaint filed against my company CTC Financial, Inc. The complaint is very general, has no supporting documentation and is not factual. Please see the attached documents. Dale has not spoken to anyone in my office since August 25th when it was discovered one of the sellers was deceased. She will not talk to me yet she continues to make accusations that she is being wronged by the parties in this transaction. She only communicates by email. Dale filed a complaint against the Realtor, Jody Foley, with the State of Nevada Division of Real Estate. They are investigating that complaint. Following is an email I sent to Dale which explains everything that transpired. She simply does not understand what is happening even though it has been explained to her multiple times by every party to the transaction. After sending the following email I called the Farmers Insurance agent, at Dale's request, to ask for a paid invoice and to ask why the insurance company is providing homeowner's insurance on a home the Stevenson's do not own. The agent told me that she called Dale after the closing date passed and she had not been contacted to start the policy. Dale told her the home closed escrow and she was living in it. The insurance agent had Dale pay the premium thinking the escrow was closed and title had not paid her. When I told the insurance agent what happened she called Dale to let her know the insurance is being canceled and her money will be refunded as she can not carry homeowner's insurance on a home she does not own. After you read my email and review the attached documents I believe you will agree that Dale simply does not understand what is going on and that she has not incurred any additional expense. In fact she is currently occupying the home rent free since August 25th.
