This company CHT Rentals used Scranton, Tire- Ron Eaddy to sell or rent their building. I stopped by Saturday and reached out to Scranton Tire company about the building I was interested in. The building was a repo and the price for rental and or sale was posted 2,257.60 with tax 2,438.21 on the door of the building. Met with the tire owner Anthony who was in charge of representing CTH . Filled out the contract sighed and paid 1,116.28 and planned to pay of the balance in 90 days. Anthony called about 30 minutes after I left and said he had the wrong price on the building and had to charge me $200 more. I waited a week to see if I would hear from the company so I could try to work out something with them because that's false advertisement! The same price was still posted on the door a week later. A week later I hadn't heard from the company or Anthony. Sent Anthony a email at the end of the week to let him know I haven't heard form anyone and I wanted a refund. I had to called him on Monday of the next week because no contact from him or the company. He said he would reach out to the company ,I gave him to Thursday and nothing again. I called and he said I sent them a email and haven't heard form them it's between you and the company to get a refund. That's bad business to take my money and said you had the wrong price on the building and the price is still on it took another picture over the weekend. Still haven't gotten a refund three weeks later. DO NOT BUY FORM THEM! Resolution Sought I want my Money ASAP 1,116.28.... Bad business from CTH Rentals and Scranton Tire Company! SCAM

CTH Rentals sells and leases sheds to individual customers. Ms. Brown made a partial payment towards a shed on September 19, 2024. Ms. Brown subsequently decided she did not want to purchase the shed because she disagreed with the final price of it, and she requested a refund of her payment. That refund was issued in full by check mailed on October 18, 2024. Ms. Brown has no valid claim, and her complaint should be dismissed.
