I purchased a vehicle on february 20th 2021 1week after I started having problems with the car so I took it back to see what they can do. They didn't want to exchange of refund me the money back. I took the car to the kia dealership and was told the the engine was bad I've been contacting them to try to work out something with them and no one want to help me. I have a disabled child that I can no long get to his appointments I was fired because I couldn't get to work. Resolution Sought Refund my 6500

First of all, this car was sold individual person not under C.T.I Auto Sales. The Bill of Sale is not under CTI. Second, a week after she bought the car it broke down with her according what she tell us and the car wasn't towed professionally. That means another car was pulling the car from the front, which it makes a lot of damage when she took the car to the mechanic accross the street from us. He told us the car has a lot of damage because of the way how she towed the car. There is copy of the Bill of Sale (Provided to BCA for review).
