Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. We went to get our vehicle fixed by them, they told us it would cost about 2400 to get fixed but we could pay 600 an it would be drivable until we could get the other issue fixed. We took the car after paying an it broke down the same day same issue occurring, they refuse to reimburse us or fix the issue at no cost. Resolution Sought Would like either refund or issue to be fixed at no cost
