I went to c town in paterson on 3/23/2022 I had bought something and they were not needed I called as soon as I got home I was told I could return when I get there on 3/24 /2022 they didn't want to take back the cold stuff on top of it the meat was expiring today I don't think it should be on the shelf if I could please get a call back the store is ctown 444 madison ave paterson nj 07524 Resolution Sought Return my money back and take there over priced expired products

Company's letter states: The customers husband was given a refund for a pack o frozen Bubba Burgers that was expired along with a pack of premio sausages that when purchased was not expired however I still issued a refund. It is started on the customer receipts that we do not issue refunds for meat, dairy and frozen. This is to protect our customers. this policy is for the goof of the customers. Unfortunately when consumer called that evening our mangers were not on the premises. Had they been this would have been explained in detail to the customer. As stated above this matter has been partially settled. We refunded all of the grocery items along with a pack of Bubba Burgers and a pack of Premio Sausages.
