At the end of March 2022. I rented on line a storage unit size 10x25. On the day of the move 04/04/22, I realized that the unit assign to me was a 10x20. The site manager assured me that i would be compensated but various attempts they have not give a response to my complaint . They misrepresent the size of the units in their advertising. Resolution Sought I payed a full year in advance. I want to be adequately credit for the extra money that i payed for a smaller unit.
