She didn't want to give me what I wanted

Waited 20 minutes for the fried chicken to come out and one of the workers still tried to give me the old meat, She didn't want to give me what I wanted, second time this have happened, same person, same store!! Brooklyn Center... Last time, the meat stayed under the Light to Long it was dark/old on the inside...??
