At Christmas I ordered beds for my dogs. December 20, to be exact. I have tried to contact the company many times and I keep getting an email back that they are expediting my purchase. February 3, I was told it was ready to be shipped. I have emailed since then, due to no tracking number , to see about shipping. They responded with the same polite, getting around to it, email. I have requested a refund, and no response at all. They told me before that they do not have a phone number. Resolution Sought Give me a refund
