I am writing you to ask for your help I have had a banking account with Green Dot banking for almost 8 years in the last 3 months they have put me through hell over 2 months ago I received a direct deposit check from the IRS for $53,000 and shortly afterwards Green Dot decided to temporarily block me access to my account because of what they said was fraudulent activity I sent them documents proven my identity and then they cleared it up supposedly and then when I got to the balance of having 36,000 in the bank they locked me out of my account without notice and told me that they had sent the money to the IRS for review and that I had to wait till after the IRS was finished I have talked to the IRS since then two times and both times they say they have no record of Green Dot asking for their assistance and what they have on me right now is the original 53,000 they had deposited in my account as a result of a tax return now I have been without access to my money and they even took when they said my account was blocked my social security disability check which was earmarked for my mortgage payment so now I have to borrow money from Friends and I'm in debt for $20,000 and I still owe a mortgage payment I need my money and I need it now I believe this is prejudice because I'm 61 years old and I totally rely on my social security disability and my Florida retirement to get by so they automatically figured I stole the 53,000 I need your help Resolution Sought I want the money in my account and also if able to $500 in the late fees and payment returns I owe
