I have been a longtime customer since Aqua Falls owned it. They sold it to Culligan of Fairborn..they have delivered on two different times leaking (2) 5 gallon bottles of water..both leaked out on floor which i had to mop up and the loss of the water each time..i thought it was my dispenser and bought a new one..after having the original one checked to be fine..i contacted Culligan of Fairborn to discuss the matter who hung up phone on me each time i called or never answered their phone or was on hold for vary long time with no answer..They owe me for deposit i paid 3 empty bottles and one leaker which i lost the water ..According to previous billing empties @$6.00 each and FULL refill @$ 7.95 total $25.50..Please read all reviews on this company !!!
