After nearly $6,000 worth of labor and equipment was paid for. The system was installed so lazily and not condensed enough for the space. It was so spread out. No pex material was supported with hangers in anyway. They did not clean up the mess. I had a water heater installed afterwards and I was waiting for them to move the system. They blamed the water heater for being the reason I needed the system move into the correct spot. They wanted to charge me $310 for that. Without telling me it would cost. They just said "no problem tech will be there this week." No warning of cost. They broke some tile and did not cleanup mess again. Dust and water all over the floor. Next, For 2-3 months we were dealing with violent air episodes at every fixture in my home. To the point they were not functional. It took weeks for response from them in-between each time they came to try and fix it. Which was 5-8 occasions. After about the 7th or 8th time they fixed it. They offered some salt for free as an apology and I accepted. Never heard from them again or received. Next, after badgering me they continued to send bills. I refused and stated my situation. Lorie apologized and zeroed my bill after waiting over a month for response. (I have email proof) An additional month later they send another bill. I refuse and she said all they can do now is take $100 off the bill that was already zeroed by her. I have proof of this too. The equipment still does function right I have to reset it constant. Resolution Sought Zero out my bill, fix the equipment so it actually functions, and give me my complimentary salt. A refund of the equipment should be issued as well since it has yet to work properly.
