I signed a rental contract with Culligan 12/2019 for cleaner and softer water. Since we've had the system there's been problems with it not producing the service we were told it would. The salt crystalizes and hardens in the container so it isn't circulating. It's stuck. I have complained many times about it. They compensated 6 months for the inconvenience but continues. We are using more water because the system is not circulating as it should. Bryan came out last took a sample it measured a 3. It should be under 1, which means we are paying for hard water. I asked that they install a new system. I'm not making this up believe me. I have a paper trail with Culligan of complaints. Two of their said to be experienced representatives come to check the system and each time the tweaking they did was said to have fixed the problem didn't. This next guy Brian/Byran; the very one who sold me on the system came and he said he would submit his findings and then get back to me. I have yet to hear from him. He did pass me along to Amber and then Erica who's said to be a manager. I explained for the Umpteenth time the situation and she was very cavalier about the whole thing. They do not care! It's very upsetting and frustrating to see them continue to collect their monthly payments and we have to watch ourselves turn ashy from the hard water. One of our other fears and concerns are that the salt that's crystalizing in the tank is s possibly doing damage to the pipes. Resolution Sought Return my money, take that problem with them; so I can go get service elsewhere! To get out of their contract early is $200.00. What a laugh! I just want to call it a day! I have had other companies that have come share with me the kinds of systems they have and they cost a little more, but more I am willing to pay if it means we are going to have healthy and safe drinking water and water we can bathe in, wash our clothes, etc., as promised.
