We are under a contract with this company once a month. The last two months we have had to literally compulsively call to get our waters delivered. They are now a week late and have not delivered twice to our residence when scheduled. No one answers the phone during working hours because they are getting so many complaints they are letting the answering service answer. I called twelve time before I got a call back. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told she would call me after lunch. She never called me back of course. Now, I'm in week of thanksgiving and been out of water totally for a week. Will not cook or drink city water. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Please help. Resolution Sought Deliver my water when scheduled so my family does not run out of water. Answer their phone calls and call their customers back. Leave me extra free bottles of water every month if they are not going to deliver on time
