Culver's reviews

I visited Culver's yesterday and purchased a milk shake amongst other things and found that their was a very sharp particle that came out of my shake and stabbed me in my tongue. I pulled it out of my mouth and what seems to be a sharp piece of glass or plastic came out . I informed the staff and manager of what has occurred and also showed them the particle and the manager very rudely informed me that it was plastic and not glass and basically walked away . He did not act concerned at all or even seemed to care nor did he apologize and barely rectified the situation. The particle stabbed me on the tongue and should in no way be an ingredient inside of my shake. I am disgusted and will never return to this establishment.
