I received a phone call from the company concerning them filling up my propane tank this morning. The guy on the phone kept asking just how much oil/gas I had in the tank. I did my best to explain to him that I had less than 50 percent. He kept going on that what exactly did I mean. I tried my best to keep the conversation civil since it seems that he was more worried about saving me money. I am not sure why because they are a business and have been coming to my home for over fifteen years and I do not believe that I have ever missed a payment no matter the price for the oil. We have had issues in the past where they acted like they did not want to come to the home to do their job. Personally, I believe that all oil/gas companies should be regulated and that why it will guarantee the customers to have a fair bargaining price. It is an industry that is not and this is why they can pretend to care about how much they are going to charge you and act like if you say I want to fill my tank up went it hits 50 and this NOT be an issue. i Resolution Sought would like for them to set a standard. Either, they want to come out when the tank is less than 50 and explain to me exactly what is at 50, 60 and so forth. Because clearly there is a disconnect with what I perceive as less than 50.
