Wrong

I'm sorry sir. You are wrong. The town does not allow that. Yes it does change from member price to non member price. The price difference in 10 cents. The program is free for whom every joins at no fee. Cumberland farms does all business practice by the town bylaws.

I would like them to follow the law and post their actual price for gas and not fool people into believing they are paying less.

Cumberland Farms on East Street, gets away with advertising $4.17 and member price is $4.07. Then charges $4.21 member price $4.11. Its illegal and they do it all the time, or they take down their sign, which is also illegal. The MA. law says you have to post the actual price of your gas.
