We have been paying on an account for almost 5 years that the balance never seems to go down. They refuse to send us statements and also try and say we have multiple returned checks that our bank has proven we do not have. Cumberland financial also will not show proof of the so called returned checks because there isn't any. When we do call to ask for this information their employees are also extremely rude and very defensive. We've been paying 94.00 a month to this company and the balance stays the same when we ask. They are scam artists for sure. They threaten to have my credit report affected constantly. I do not want anyone else to go through what we've had to with them! They are fraudulent! Resolution Sought I know we should not owe this company another dollar. I want them to provide statements of everything and proof that we've had returned checks. Our balance should have been paid in full a long time ago!
