I signed a contract to have my tree trimmed 3 to 4 feet from all wires. My tree was not trimmed 3 to 4 feet anywhere. They did prune and remove dead limbs and they did remove all the debris however the whole purpose was to have my tree trimmed. Their document clearly states 3 to 4 feet from all wires my tree is not 3 to 4 feet from all wires. I called several times left a voicemail once and spoke to a person once. No one has called me back or stopped out to finish trimming my tree. I would like my tree trimmed and I would like a response from the merchant as to why they won't respond and why they won't trim my tree I feel I deserve at least a phone call I paid my bill late I wasn't going to pay it at all since the work was not completed however I am the better person and will pay my bills. I contacted the customer on 7/23/21 and took detailed notes regarding her complaint. Our Rep reached out to her today. A return visit is scheduled for this week.

Yes Cumberland Valley tree service did contact me on Friday evening and then again Tuesday then again Wednesday and today Thursday they came out and trimmed my tree. I am satisfied now with the service.
