CUMONEY called requesting a replacement card since my card expired on 1021. Was told by Carmia 11 21 21, approximately 235 pm Central standard Time, that the cost of a replacement card for the $0.48 would cost me exactly $0.48. nowhere on my card holder agreement does this refer to the cost of a replacement card, so in essence they are stealing $0.48 from me that is a racket. Please investigate and write this up. Thank you. Please inform me on your inquiry Resolution Sought Issue a replacement card in the amount of $0.48 and mail it to me immediately.

I write on behalf of Services Credit Union, the issuer of the prepaid card, and the program manager LSC (now called Envisant). We have reviewed Mr. Rozmarynowski's complaint and his account records. The replacement card cost is $5.00, as clearly stated in his TravelMoney cardholder agreement (copy can be found on our cardholder website at https://www.cumoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/TM-Cardholder-Agreement-FINAL-022019.pdf), our Short Form Disclosure (https://www.cumoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/SF-TravelMoney-2021.pdf) and our Long Form Disclosure (https://www.cumoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/LF-TravelMoney-2021.pdf). Mr. Rozmarynowski did not have a sufficient balance in his account to issue a replacement card since he had only $0.48 and the cost was $5.00. To resolve this complaint, we will waive the $5.00 fee and issue a replacement card to Mr. Rozmarynowski at no charge to him.
