My husband and I bought a refrigerator in 2021 and bought an extended warranty for 5 years (a lot of money) the refrigerator stopped working completely in October 20, 2023, we call the company have several arguments because it took them forever to send a technician and at this moment it's been 2 months and we still do not have a refrigerator, we lost a lot of food we had throw away and we keep calling and nobody comes to repair this thing in the mean time I have no means to buy another fridge and my husband don't know what to do. He is diabetic and he needs his insulin to be refrigerated so a relative lend us at least a little refrigerator. Is there some how someone can help us. I don't really want the money I just need the fridge fix. Resolution Sought If they can't repair it. To replace it at least

I Purchase a insurance warranty for product and was denied a repair or exchange no solution for me customer in curacao store or customer service department. They asked for pictures sent them and still no response I called and still no solution I waited 7 days called back and they told me Totally different sorry from when I Purchase their warranty , No not covering damages wear and tear breakage what they had said it was covered , that's what they sold me the Insurance for coverage With a I'm sorry man doesn't cover that was your answer no solution Resolution Sought Be mor Specific when they sell you warrantees . That extra money they take from customer is not Worth it Keep customer happy if you want business
