Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My lease agreement ended on September 30, 2023…I reached out to landlord Christy Manning, calling and text. I call and she send messages saying text every time I called and when I text her she text back…I wasn't going to resign my lease because I didn't feel safe in the home, due to vandalism vehicles on property and people walking around twisting on people doors, to see if they are unlocked. I asked her why should I pay October rent plus late fees if I m not staying there and my lease was up September 30, 2023…I m pregnant and she's been stressing me out for months now because she don't know how to handle business or communicate and I been in and out of hospital due to the back and forth…and I don't even know if she's going to give me my deposit back or even try to put this on my credit, which I don't need…I sent her pictures of the apartment and the key when I moved on 9/28/2023….I asked her two days before I moved, when was she available to do a walk through and she said , " You don't do a walk through," the maintenance man do the walk through…but I couldn't get in touch with no maintenance person and I just took pictures and did a video of the apartment….they already doing showings for the apartment at 1707 Pineview st. Starting October 6, 2023. Resolution Sought I want my deposit back ($800.00) and I need that payment to be ($0.00) for October month, and not on my credit.
