I came in for a week maintenance for 3 nails. My usual nail tech was busy so since it was minor I went to another nail tech in the same shop. After being seated I told her what I wanted, I then asked how much would a fill be instead of just simply stating the price she takes the liberty to remove all the gems on both hands and completely take off the design on one hand. After realizing that she did what she wanted to do she I reiterated how much for a fill she says 55$ but no design and 95$ with design being that I just paid 130 last week I say damn well you could of told me that before you ruined my nails she says I should wait for Cindy to wrap up with her customer. To which I do so and when she's done she grabs another customer so I walk to what I perceived to be the manager and ask him what's going on what am I waiting on he says I would have to wait for Cindy to do same design, being that one hand is completely whipped away of the design and the other she forcibly removed every gem there is not a design to maintain. Resolution Sought I would like to receive half of my money back.
