I bought a car from Curlie Ray in December 2020. A 2007 silver Volvo S80 V8. He laid for from tired to be replaced. The day after they was replaced I had a flat tire on the new tire. I had to pay 71.00 for a new tire sensor. Soon after a warning light came on Service required Active Chassis. I bought fuel sensor and had it replaced. I sent Me Ray a message about this. He stated he wouldn't pay for it. I explained I've had a lot of issues with this car and it's it hasn't been 2 weeks. He said I was complaining about small stuff. Told me to sale the car. That he has As Is. I contacted an online car buyer)seller and was offered not even $300 for my car. They informed me that it had been in a wreck and sent me the Carfax. Mr Ray did not inform me of the accident and when I contacted him about it he basic told me to stop bugging him about the car that I bought a used car not a new car. Then told me if I didn't stop he was going to contact the cops and get a restraining order on me. I informed him I just wanted my money back and it's illegal for a car sales person to sale a car and not inform the buyer of it being in a car wreck. He has blocked me on messenger and texting. He said he wanted to speak on the phone I said I was more comfortable texting. That way I can protect myself if it ever is a he said she said issue. With him being a preacher most people would believe him just bc of that. He has ignored me and left no choice but to go this route and maybe legal action. Resolution Sought I want the money it cost me to buy the car. $4500. I also want the taxes,title and registration fee back $696.50 and the money that I have had to out in this car so far $211.00. I would never had bought this car if I knew it had been wrecked. So I wouldn't have had any of these cost come up. I've tried to work with Mr.Ray but it's been like hitting a brick wall. What he did was illegal and I informed him of that and he never replied back. I've given him time to respond and nothing

Company states; Ms. Fletcher purchased this vehicle as is, she did not begin to complain about the car until after she had driven it for over 30 days. She had 72 hours to return the car and receive a full refund. Please see signed contract attached (upon request). She stated the car had been wrecked. The title received was a clear clean title. If the vehicle had been wrecked we would have received an R title. There will be no money refunded. As I told Ms. Fletcher. This is has not turned into harassment. I am the second dealership in this area that has had trouble with her. I believe she purchased a car and does not have the money to even put gas in it. In the future Ms. Fletcher needs to understand you can't purchase a vehicle as is then expect a dealer to refund you the money after you have driven the car for a well over a month. Thank you,
