Purchased online haircare products advertised at $14.99 (intro sale) was charged full price $67.32 on July21,2022. Charged 67.32 again on 08/24/22 no products received. So the online phone# is a joke, their email isn't accepting emails and merchant phone # is unbelievable. They have charged another $67.32 again on 10/27/22. Typed a letter to CurlMix on10/28/22 in hope of getting my funds back as well as my cc holder regarding this issue. Resolution Sought Full refund due to false advertising and billing me before shipping their product.
